Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Change of heart? We get it.
You can modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Just reach out to us before it’s packed.
After that, it's likely already on the move (our team’s quick with dispatch!).
What if I receive something damaged or defective?
Yikes! that’s on us, and we’ll fix it fast.
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, just let us know within 3 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or store credit - no fees, no stress, full PopDrop support.
How do returns and exchanges work?
If it’s not the perfect fit or feel, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
- ₹100 return fee applies to all regular exchanges/returns.

Note: No fees apply for damage/defect cases those are fully on us.
How long will my order take to arrive?
