That’s why we’ve made returns as easy as opening your door — we’ll pick it up from you.
These steps help us keep quality high, prices fair, and service sharp — so you get no-compromise PopDrop goodness every time.
Return Window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
If something’s not right, just tell us — we’ll fix it.
Return Pick-Up

We arrange the pick-up from your address — no post office runs for you.

A ₹100 return shipping fee applies to help us cover handling without cutting corners on quality.
When You Can Return

Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags, packaging, and proof of purchase are intact

For custom/personalized prints, returns are accepted only if the product is defective or we made an error

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — tell us within 48 hours with pictures.
We’ll replace or fix it on priority — no back-and-forth drama.
