The PopDrop Store – Returns & Refunds

We know sometimes a tee just doesn’t vibe the way you imagined.
That’s why we’ve made returns as easy as opening your door — we’ll pick it up from you.
These steps help us keep quality high, prices fair, and service sharp — so you get no-compromise PopDrop goodness every time.


Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
If something’s not right, just tell us — we’ll fix it.


Return Pick-Up

  • We arrange the pick-up from your address — no post office runs for you.

  • A ₹100 return shipping fee applies to help us cover handling without cutting corners on quality.


When You Can Return

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags, packaging, and proof of purchase are intact

  • For custom/personalized prints, returns are accepted only if the product is defective or we made an error


How It Works

  1. Email info@thepopdropstore.com with your order number & reason for return

  2. Once approved, we’ll schedule the pick-up

  3. Hand it over to our courier — easy


Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — tell us within 48 hours with pictures.
We’ll replace or fix it on priority — no back-and-forth drama.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed/personalized products

  • Sale items & gift cards

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous or restricted items


Exchanges

No direct exchanges — but return the item, get store credit, and shop again.


Refunds = Store Credit Only

  • All refunds are issued as store credit (digital code)

  • Store credit will be sent to you within 3–5 business days after we receive and check your return
