1. What is PopDrop Custom Lab and how does it work?
Custom Lab lets you create your own streetwear piece without the hassle.
You choose a base product, share a design or an idea, and we take it forward.
If you already have final artwork, choose Ready-to-Rock.
If you only have an idea or reference, choose Design Assist.
A mockup is shared before anything is made, so you stay in control throughout.
2. Will I see the design before it’s made? Can I make changes?
Yes. Always.
You’ll receive a mockup showing placement, scale, and overall look.
Nothing goes into production without your approval.
You can ask for reasonable adjustments before final confirmation.
Once approved, we move ahead with making your piece.
3. What if something goes wrong with the product?
If there’s a manufacturing defect or damage on arrival,
please share clear images or a short video within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or a full refund.
Quality issues are on us.
4. Can I cancel or return my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
If a mockup has already been created under Design Assist,
a small working charge is deducted to cover design effort.
Sorry — this helps us fairly account for the creative time involved.
Since each item is made specifically for you,
returns aren’t possible after approval.
That’s also why mockups are shared upfront — no surprises later.
5. Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
Once your mockup is approved, delivery typically takes 7–12 days.
We deliver across India wherever serviceable pincodes are available,
and you’ll receive updates at every step.
