Will I get to see my design before it's printed?

Yes. Every Custom Lab order includes a digital mock-up for your approval. We only begin production after you approve the final design, so you know exactly what you're getting.

What if my artwork isn't print-ready?

No worries. If your artwork is low-resolution or needs adjustments, our team will review it and guide you. In many cases, we can enhance or recreate simple designs to ensure the best possible print quality.

How long does shipping take for Custom Lab orders?

Since every Custom Lab product is made especially for you, production begins only after your design is approved. Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 3–5 business days, after which standard shipping times apply based on your delivery location.

Can I return or exchange a Custom Lab order?

Because every Custom Lab product is made exclusively for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, design preference, or incorrect size selection. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved design, we'll replace it at no additional cost after verification.
