SHIPPING POLICY – The PopDrop Store

Overview
This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, dispatch, delivery, charges and related terms for purchases made at The PopDrop Store. All prices on the site are displayed inclusive of GST. This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order you agree to both this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service. (

Order Processing & Dispatch

    • Standard orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

    • Custom orders are dispatched within 48 hours after final design approval from you.

    • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

    • Free shipping on all orders with a cart value above ₹499 (prices inclusive of GST).

    • Orders below ₹499 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times

    • We ship via trusted courier partners across India.

    • Metro cities: typically 3–7 business days from dispatch.

    • Non-metro / remote locations: typically 5–10 business days from dispatch.

    • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier constraints, customs or force majeure.

Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing the tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page.

Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

    • Courier partners will attempt delivery as per their policies. If delivery fails after two attempts, the package may be returned to us.

    • If returned due to non-delivery or incorrect address, re-dispatch will require an additional shipping fee, or a refund will be issued less the original shipping charge.

Damaged or Lost Packages

    • If your order is damaged on arrival, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thepopdropstore.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

    • For lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and, after verification, offer replacement or refund per our policies.

International Shipping

    • Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returned Shipments

    • If a shipment is returned to us (wrong address, failed delivery, refusal), we will contact you for re-dispatch (additional shipping fee applies) or process a refund after deducting shipping costs as applicable.

Exceptions & Force Majeure

    • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, carrier strikes, government actions, etc.).
