PopDrop is an Indian D2C streetwear brand selling directly through its own website. All payments are processed via secure Indian payment gateways. Your payment details are never stored by us, and support is handled directly by our team.

Each product page mentions the fit type (regular or oversized) and includes a size chart with exact measurements. We recommend comparing these with a garment you already own. If unsure, you can contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

We use premium cotton fabrics selected for comfort and durability. Oversized styles use heavier GSM fabric. Prints are made using professional techniques designed for regular wear and long-term use with proper care.

Ready products are dispatched within 48 hours. After dispatch, courier delivery takes 2–6 days depending on your pincode.

Custom Lab orders are dispatched within 48 hours after final mockup approval, followed by 2–6 days of courier delivery.

Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and email once shipped.

We accept online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available to avoid false orders and ensure smooth operations.

Regular orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch.

Custom Lab orders can be cancelled only until design mockup approval. Once the mockup is approved, the order moves to production and cannot be cancelled or changed.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. After verification, we will arrange a resolution as per the situation.

Returns or exchanges are available on eligible products as per our Returns & Exchange Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact.

Custom Lab allows you to submit an idea, review a design mockup, and approve it before production begins. No production starts without your approval. If we cannot execute your idea, a full refund is provided.
