We want you to love your PopDrop purchase. If the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
A ₹100 processing fee per product applies to cover reverse shipping and handling. Eligible returns are issued as PopDrop Store Credit, giving you the flexibility to shop again whenever you're ready.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders :
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll take full responsibility. We'll arrange a free replacement or exchange, and all shipping costs will be covered by us.
A Small Note : PopDrop is a young independent brand, and the ₹100 fee helps us manage reverse logistics while we continue growing. Our goal is to remove this fee entirely and offer free exchanges and returns as we scale.
